I became a Navy SEAL at 19. I played international rugby at 31. I walked on to a Division 1 football team at 33 even though I was older and smaller than everyone else. I serve as a firefighter on Kauai where readiness is not optional. I have coached men for more than 20 years in discipline, mindset, and performance.
